ABS Capital Markets

• The ABS Capital Markets group provides structuring, placement and advisory services for issuers across the asset-backed, residential mortgage-backed, and commerical mortgage-backed product areas. In addition to new issue capital market activities, we also assist issues in valuing collateral portfolios, sourcing non-traditional financings for esoteric asset types, and sourcing and structuring warehouse facilities.
• Over their careers, the ABS Capital Markets team has executed over 900 structured transactions, aggregating over $400 billion in new issue volume. We have significant experience with first time issuers, new issuance programs and in developing structural enhancements to existing capital structures.
